Following the global pandemic we have ensured that we will take all measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 . Our philosophy is focused on our guests’ health and well-being during these challenging times , so all below measures are taken considering our priority which is health & safety in order to enjoy summer vacation at the most ! Your holidays are approaching and we would like to take five minutes of your time to inform you regarding the procedures and protocols we follow according the world’s leading health experts , the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

 Check in and check out procedures will take place only outdoors , Check in time 15.00 – Check out time 11.00 , while your check in or check out your luggage and personal belongings should remain only outdoors . In order to enter the reception area is necessary to wear mask .
 All rooms are being disinfected with special LED technology and special antibacterial products and steam cleaning before check in .
 Valet Service is not available
 If you wish to arrange your transfer with us it will be only private , the use of mask is necessary in the transfer vehicle . In any case , please advise your arrival time for your better service and assistance during check in .
 Your breakfast will be served daily to your room at your preferred time until 10.30 am . In case you have any allergies or intolerances kindly let us know . In our effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19 we will serve all breakfast products in one use plates , bowls , cups and cutlery . Our hotel is devoted to eco friendly products , so all one use items are eco Bamboo biodegradable which are 100% safe for atomic use .
 Our Pool Bar will be open all day for drinks , although our restaurant service will be open only for breakfast .
 Room Cleaning service according Greek regulations will be only upon your request and the housekeeping can only be in your room only while you are not in the room . Regarding the cleaning of your Jacuzzi , since our staff needs to enter your room , you have to inform us via telephone that you will be out of your room for at least 30’ in order to send our maintenance to clean it .
 We strongly recommend not to use the air conditioning and enjoy the physical ventilation .

 Our mini bar will not have any products , so it will be a mini fridge . Coffee & tea facilities , kettle and ironing facilities should be removed from the rooms according the Greek regulations . In case you wish to have any of them we will provide them only upon request . At the same time you can request via telephone ( directly to our front desk ) extra towels , sheets , amenities or pillows and blankets , since all these extras should be removed as well .
 Before you enter the pool you should shower in your room and the maximum number of people in the pool , cannot be exceeded .
 Our Spa will be only available outdoors for massage or treatments upon request .
 Regarding our concierge service , we can send you all information regarding restaurant recommendations , cruises , rental cars and motors / atv or any other activity requested via email and you can either contact us via email or telephone to let us know about the arrangements requested .
